Dr. Shi Lei currently serves as SVP of Baiying Biotechnology. Shi Bo has over 20 years of experience in antibody drug research and development in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has established early R&D teams at multiple pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies such as Johnson&Johnson in the United States, leading multiple innovative drug internationalization projects into clinical practice and winning multiple innovation awards. Dr. Shi Lei obtained his undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago, completed postdoctoral research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Technology Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
