Hongxin Deng

Researcher and doctoral supervisor at the National Key Laboratory of Biological Therapy at West China Hospital, Sichuan University, and Deputy Director of the Biological Therapy Research Center at West China Hospital. Engaged in research and transformation of tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy, stem cells and organoids. Undertook more than ten national projects including the National Key R&D Program, National Major Science and Technology Projects for Infectious Diseases, National "Major New Drug Creation", and National Natural Science Foundation of China. Successfully transformed and conducted clinical research on multiple cell therapy products and tumor cell vaccines, constructed complex organoids derived from multiple pluripotent stem cells for mechanism research, drug screening, and treatment. Published over 80 SCI papers as corresponding author, applied for 31 national invention patents, and obtained 17 authorized patents. Serving as a director of the Chinese Society of Immunology, executive director of the China Translational Medicine Alliance, vice chairman of the Gene and Cell Therapy Branch of the China Medical Biotechnology Association, and vice chairman of the Translational Medicine Special Committee of the China Medical Biotechnology Association.
