Senior scientist of Changping National Laboratory, expert of the overall team of the national major new drug development project, expert of the expert database of the Ministry of Science and Technology, expert of the vaccine research and development team of the national joint defense and control scientific research team, member of the Cell and Gene Therapy Products Special Committee of the Chinese Drug Regulatory Research Association, and WHO COVID-19 vaccine review expert.
I graduated from the Medical Department of Capital Medical University (formerly Beijing Second Medical College) in 1985 and worked in clinical practice for three years. In 1988, I joined the Drug Evaluation Office of the Ministry of Health (now the Drug Evaluation Center of the National Medical Products Administration) and successively served as a reviewer for chemical drugs and biological products, senior reviewer, director of the Seventh Evaluation Office of the Fourth Evaluation Department, deputy director of the First Clinical Department of Chemical Drugs, and director of the Clinical Department of Biological Products. Joined Changping National Laboratory in August 2023 to conduct scientific research on drug regulation.
