Mr. Shi Wei is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Reindeer Biology. Mr. Shi has over 18 years of experience in the medical and biopharmaceutical industries.
Mr. Shi Wei's career began at General Electric Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a production supervisor, mainly responsible for production management. Afterwards, he worked as a production supervisor at Shanghai Merck&Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for production management. Subsequently, he joined Shanghai Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the head of injection and liquid operations, mainly responsible for production and operation. Afterwards, he served as the Supply Chain Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim Biopharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for supply chain operations. Afterwards, he successively served as the Executive Director at Shanghai Pharmaron Biotechnology Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for global supply chain and Shanghai base operations; Served as Vice President at Hangzhou Qihan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for overall operations. Recently, he served as the Vice President of Shanghai Junsai Biotechnology Co., Ltd., mainly responsible for CMC operations.
Mr. Shi Wei holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Molecular Science from East China University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University.
