Over 20 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Formerly served as the President of a multinational pharmaceutical company in China and the CEO of an innovative pharmaceutical company. My career started at McKinsey, focusing on pharmaceutical and health strategy consulting. Previously served as the Global Headquarters Strategic Director at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and later was responsible for the business of the respiratory and orthopedic divisions in China, leading the large-scale growth of new products. Later, he served as the general manager of Abbott diabetes in Greater China and Asia, achieving rapid growth and innovative breakthroughs. Afterwards, he served as the CEO of Langyu Group, leading strategy, research and development, and commercialization, successfully promoting the launch of new rare disease drugs and medical insurance access. Prior to joining Bangyao Biotechnology, he served as the President of Greater China for Tiantian Pharmaceutical, driving innovative transformation in business layout, achieving exclusive authorization cooperation with multiple enterprises, and optimizing pipelines. He holds a PhD from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Peking University.
