Ms. Zhang Jinhua has over 20 years of experience in the securities market and corporate management. Before founding Reindeer Biology, she worked at multiple investment banks and well-known securities law firms, leading multiple Chinese companies' domestic and international listings and mergers and acquisitions projects. She also invested in start-up companies in the field of cell therapy as an angel investor and served as a director.
Based on her investment experience in IPO, mergers and acquisitions, and biopharmaceuticals, Ms. Zhang Jinhua founded Reindeer Biotechnology in March 2017 with the vision of "focusing on innovative biological therapies to bring hope for healing to patients" and continuously promoting the company's development. Under her leadership, Reindeer Biotech has grown into a leading enterprise in the field of cell therapy, possessing full industry chain capabilities from drug discovery, development, production to commercialization, and successfully launched its heavyweight CAR-T cell product, Fukisu, in 2023 ®。
Ms. Zhang Jinhua graduated from Northeast University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law, majoring in Economic Law.
