Ms. Chen has focused on the healthcare sector for many years. She has led numerous A-share, Hong Kong, and U.S. IPOs and listing projects for companies across innovative drugs, medical devices, healthcare services, and consumer healthcare. These projects span multiple capital markets, including the STAR Market, ChiNext, the Beijing Stock Exchange, Hong Kong, and the United States.
In addition to IPOs, Ms. Chen has extensive experience in a broad range of capital-market transactions, including refinancing, offshore convertible bonds, U.S. dollar bond offerings, Hong Kong share placements, and take-private transactions.
