Xiao Yang currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Taiping Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and is the appointed representative of one of its fund products, Shenzhen Futian Taiping Medical and Health Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership).

Ms. Yang previously held senior investment management positions at Shenzhen Taiping Investment Co., Ltd., Taiping Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Taiping Capital Insurance Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Taiping Financial Holdings Equity Investment Fund Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Her roles included Deputy General Manager of the Asset Management Department and Debt Investment Department, Managing Director of the Innovative Product Investment Division, Managing Director of the Equity Investment Department, and Deputy General Manager responsible for investment business. Since August 2025, she has served as Deputy General Manager of Taiping Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., overseeing investment operations.

Ms. Yang is well versed in domestic and international financial markets and has extensive hands-on experience in project investment, fund management, and post-investment exits. In recent years, she has participated in and led the investment management of key funds and equity investment projects, including the Shenzhen Futian Taiping Medical and Health Private Equity Investment Fund. She is committed to promoting the integration of insurance capital with the healthcare industry and supporting the development of high-quality healthcare enterprises.
