CPIC 2026 | A Mysterious Guardian Debuts! Name It and Win Prizes – Sponsors Welcome!

May 24,2026

A "Job Application" from 3,000 Years Ago

Dear friends of CPIC 2026,

Today, we are thrilled to announce a very special "new colleague."

With the weight of bronze and the mystery of Sanxingdui, it has traveled through thousands of years of history to officially join CPIC 2026 as the conference's "Chief Brand Officer" and spiritual totem.

CPIC 2026 Mascot

For now, we are not giving it a name – this name should be co-created by every participant in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

Now, we invite you to give it a name that can resonate around the world. Your creativity could be recorded in the annals of CPIC 2026.

Part One: Its Story Resonates with CPIC 2026

First, get to know its appearance and meaning.

Its genes come from national treasures.

[Image caption: Design inspiration trace. Left: Ancient totems of power and auspiciousness; Right: Mysterious and solemn Sanxingdui ornaments – together, they form its cultural DNA.]

Its design integrates the ancient Chinese bronze unicorn, a symbol of wisdom and righteousness, adorned with decorative elements from the Sanxingdui culture.

This is not merely an artistic creation. It echoes the core mission of CPIC 2026 – rooting in local wisdom while pioneering a global future. It also conveys a powerful message: the journey of China's innovative drugs is rooted in profound civilizational soil, facing a future of infinite possibilities.

Every part of it embodies a spirit of the conference:

Element Spirit
Soul (Unicorn Horn) Independent exploration, sharp breakthroughs
Conduct (Body) Compliance and stability, steadfast progress
Breadth (Heart) Inclusiveness, connecting the world
Mystique (Totem) Reverence for science, exploration of the unknown
Trust (Four Feet) Commitment, dependability

These five elements – Soul, Conduct, Breadth, Mystique, and Trust – form its character and also interpret the future that CPIC 2026 hopes to build together with its partners.

Part Two: Global Naming Campaign – Your Chance to Make a "Name" for Itself

A truly vibrant name should come from the collective wisdom of the industry. The CPIC 2026 mascot's "One Word, a Thousand Gold" global naming campaign invites your creativity.

Naming Requirements:

  • Chinese name, preferably 2-4 characters

  • Should cleverly integrate "pharmaceutical/scientific attributes," "innovative and exploratory spirit," and "profound Chinese cultural heritage."

How to Participate:

Scan the QR code below and fill in your proposed name and its meaning/explanation.

Generous Rewards:

  1. Early Participation Award (5 winners): The first 5 participants to successfully submit their entries will each receive one "Full Access Pass" to CPIC 2026 (including all open sessions).

  2. Final Adoption Award (1 winner): The creator whose name is ultimately selected will receive a conference-first limited edition mascot collector's gift box and one "Full Access Pass" to CPIC 2026.

Your inspiration could become the name that goes down in history.

Part Three: Recruiting Co-Creation Partners – Share the Brand Spotlight

We are seeking "Global Co-Creation Partners" (brand sponsors) for the CPIC 2026 mascot. This is not just sponsorship; it is an opportunity for deep brand collaboration around the conference's core cultural symbol.

(I) What We Can Offer You

By becoming a "Global Co-Creation Partner" for the CPIC 2026 mascot, you are not just a sponsor; you are a co-creator of this cultural IP.

01. Full-Channel Brand Exposure

  • Content Co-Creation: One brand-customized article (1 min video) on the official conference WeChat account and video channel, telling your brand story or product scenario through the mascot.

  • Topic Co-Creation: Jointly launch a Weibo/Xiaohongshu hashtag (e.g., #CPICMascotGuardianPartner#), with the brand participating in interactive content and repost sweepstakes.

  • Community Promotion: Integrate the brand-mascot image and brand logo into official conference social media posts and WeChat Moments posters.

  • Cross-Promotion: One joint announcement or cross-post between the conference's and the brand's official social media accounts.

02. Mascot Co-Branding and Visibility

  • Official co-branding status; the mascot's name can be co-branded (name applicable only to this conference).

  • VIP Gift Inclusion: Print co-branded logos on VIP attendee gift bags/boxes.

  • On-Site Sculpture Recognition: Brand logo placement next to the large mascot sculpture in the core conference area.

  • Costume Parade: Brand logo sticker or branded prop displayed during designated mascot costume parade sessions.

  • Co-created Photo Spot: Jointly design one themed photo installation (e.g., mascot × brand giant photo frame) with a brand product experience zone to encourage attendee photography and social sharing.

  • Xiaohongshu Incentive Program: Set up a mechanism at the on-site photo spot such as "post a Xiaohongshu note with designated hashtags to receive brand samples/conference limited-edition merchandise" to incentivize UGC.

03. Brand Acknowledgments in Core Scenarios

  • Opening Ceremony: Verbal acknowledgment of the brand name by the host during the opening segment.

  • Main Forum: "Special Thanks" list (including brand logo) displayed on the main forum LED screen.

  • Gala Dinner: Verbal thanks during the official dinner.

  • Main Visual Backdrop: Brand logo displayed in the "Partner" section of the main visual backdrop.

04. Co-branded Merchandise Development

  • Co-branded Merchandise: Jointly develop limited-edition co-branded merchandise (e.g., mascot × brand pins, magnets, tote bags, T-shirts) for use as on-site interactive rewards or gifts through brand channels.

  • Gift Exchange Model: The brand does not need to pay cash for this item. If the brand has its own mascot, a "two mascots together" limited co-branded design can be created and distributed through both parties' channels for mutual traffic generation. The brand should provide no fewer than 1,000 self-owned small gifts (e.g., plush toys, cultural products, health gift boxes, product samples, custom daily necessities) for on-site check-in rewards, Xiaohongshu incentive distribution, etc.

(II) Flexible Collaboration, Limited Seats

Collaboration models are flexible (exclusive sponsorship/joint promotion, etc.). Seats are limited – only 3-5 spots available.

Epilogue: Awaiting a Name, Embarking on a Journey

Three thousand years ago, artisans cast vessels to symbolize auspiciousness.

Today, we use innovation as our furnace and wisdom as our fire, inviting you to name it. This name will accompany China's innovative drugs into the next decade.

July 22-24, 2026. National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).

Let us name it together, and then set off – wielding the sharpness of our era, creating the novelty of the future.
