Chinese innovative drugs are moving from 'following' to 'leading', but the last mile of globalization requires the protection of professional capabilities. Ernst&Young's global expertise in cross-border transactions, capital markets, and ESG will provide critical infrastructure for Chinese pharmaceutical companies' overseas expansion. This is not a sponsorship of a conference, but an ecological level strategic co construction.

Bi Shunjie, the business manager and partner of Anyong Greater China, said:
EY has been rooted in Greater China for over 50 years and deeply understands the global demands of Chinese pharmaceutical companies. As a highly influential industry ecosystem platform in the field of innovative medicine in China, Tongyi has gathered cutting-edge wisdom and resources in the industry. We look forward to taking CPIC, an international event, as an opportunity to fully leverage EY's global network and professional insights, accurately connect with industry needs, and provide practical and in-depth professional empowerment for Chinese innovative pharmaceutical companies' high-quality overseas expansion and global layout.

Wu Xiaoying, Partner in Chief of Consulting Services at Anyong Greater China and Co Head of Life Sciences Industry in Greater China, stated:
We are honored to join hands with Tong Xieyi and participate deeply in the CPIC conference together. The globalization journey of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises not only requires the assistance of cross-border transactions and capital, but also the comprehensive protection of top-level strategy, management structure, compliance operation, and digital transformation. EY will fully devote industry resources to support the internationalization of local pharmaceutical companies with end-to-end professional consulting capabilities. We look forward to building an open, empowering, and mutually beneficial ecosystem for life science innovation through this strategic joint construction with Tong Xieyi.

In the current era where capital in the pharmaceutical industry is returning to rationality and the valuation system is being reshaped, companies need to look inward and cultivate their internal strength. EY has been deeply involved in the field of life sciences for many years and has always worked alongside Chinese innovative pharmaceutical companies to tackle cyclical challenges. We look forward to leveraging CPIC as an international platform to transform EY's professional experience in compliance governance, capital operations, and global layout into a solid force to safeguard the steady progress of Chinese innovative pharmaceutical companies.
