The highly anticipated 1st China Pharmaceutical Innovation Conference (CPIC 2026) is about to begin. After months of dedicated preparation, the organizing committee has assembled top-tier resources across the global pharmaceutical industry, bringing together multinational corporations (AstraZeneca, Bayer, Eli Lilly, Roche), leading domestic biotech companies, and top investment institutions. The conference features 60+ thematic sessions covering the entire industry chain, along with a high-density 1-on-1 business matchmaking system. PART 01: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 

Time & Location

  • Exhibitor Check-in: July 21, 13:00–18:00, at 2F Registration Desk, NECC (Shanghai)

  • Attendee Check-in: July 22–24, 08:00–17:00, at 2F/3F Registration Desk, NECC (Shanghai)

Important Notes

  • Real-name authentication is required. All participants must register in advance and present the QR code from your email or SMS for entry.

  • Conference Pass / 1V1 Pass holders may access all sessions. Exhibition-only Pass holders are limited to the exhibition area.

  • All attendees must carry a valid ID and wear their badge at all times. Unbadged individuals will not be permitted in conference or exhibition areas.

Check-in Process

For Pre-registered Attendees:

  • Step 1: Locate your e-ticket (email or SMS), click the link to generate and save your QR code.

  • Step 2: Present your QR code at the registration desk, or provide your phone number/name for staff assistance.

  • Step 3: Chinese nationals pass through the gate by scanning their ID card; international guests scan their badge.

On-site Registration: Scan the QR code available at the venue.

 

 

Welcome Gifts

  • The first 100 paid registrants (already notified via SMS) will receive an AI smart Bluetooth headset at the registration desk.

  • From July 22–24, the first 300 attendees to check in each day will receive a surprise gift.

  • Tip: Arrive early to avoid queues and secure your gift, while supplies last.

 

PART 02: TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATION

 

 

Parking & Drop-off Tips

  • Taxi/Ride-hailing: Ask the driver to drop you off at Gate 6 or Gate 7 of NECC Shanghai, then walk to the venue.

  • Self-driving: Navigate to P1 Parking Lot (fees apply). After parking, turn right onto Zhuguang Road, cross the overpass, and walk to the venue.

 

Weather Reminder

Temperatures will be high during the conference (July 22–24). Please take precautions against heat and sun. Allow an extra 30 minutes for travel to avoid traffic peaks.

 

 

PART 03: DINING GUIDE

 

  • Speakers & Invited Guests Lunch: Located in Area F, Hall 4.2. Buffet style. Entry requires your badge or the QR code from the mini-program.

  • Exhibitors & Attendees with Meal Vouchers: Located at designated merchants on the 3rd floor. Collect your meal vouchers at check-in and present them at the corresponding restaurants.

  • Basic medical supplies are available at the registration desk. Please seek medical attention promptly if you feel seriously unwell.

Panlong Tiandi (Top Recommendation): Approximately 3 km from the venue, one stop away on Metro Line 17. This area combines ancient Jiangnan water-town charm with high-end commercial facilities, offering over 100 branded restaurants, boutique cafes, and creative retail.
