The functions of the 1V1 Appointments System can only be unlocked after completing ticket purchase and registration. The detailed registration steps are as follows:
Scan the code to enter the system → Register Now → Log in or register with email address → Select 1V1 Appointments Ticket →Select additional conference ticket options based on your requirements→ Complete personal information → Complete payment → Finish registration
Return to homepage → 1v1 Appointments → Log in with your registered email
▪ Edit personal business card. Path: System Homepage → Personal Center → Business cards → My Biz-card. You can complete enterprise information, personal position, supply and demand information, and customize the card style.
▪ Send e-business cards to others. Path: Leads → Select target guests → Send card with one click
▪ View received business cards. Path: Personal Center → Business cards → Received
▪ Proactively Send Invitations
1、View settled participant information: Enter the "Leads" to check the basic information of participants who have settled in the system.
2、Initiate 1v1 appointments: Leads → Negotiation Reservation → Complete invitation details → Wait for confirmation. Feedback on the invitation from the other participant will be delivered to your email.
🔔Tip: You can attach your business card while sending invitations.
3、Check 1v1 appointments feedback: Personal Center → My Appointment → Sent Invitations
▪ Receive & Process Invitations
1、View invitations: After receiving the email reminder for negotiation invitation, click the link to enter the system and check invitations in the "Message Center" at the upper right corner.
2、Accept/Reject reservations: Click to enter the invitation details page to accept or reject the invitation.
(Status: "To be accepted" for unconfirmed invitations; "To be met" for confirmed invitations)
1、View supply/procurement demands: Enter the Supply & Demand Hall for direct viewing. Click the publisher's avatar to check details and interact.
2、Release supply/procurement demands: Supply & Demand Hall→ Click the blue button → Select demand type (supply/procurement) → Publish
