Today, we are proud to announce that the first batch of over 40 youth partners for the CPIC 2026 Elite Fellowship Program has been officially assembled.

Among these 40+ individuals:

 

• There are pharmacy PhDs analyzing data in laboratories,

• Medical graduate students who have just completed clinical rotations,

• Experienced "veterans" with international conference volunteering backgrounds,

• And undergraduate students stepping out of campus for the first time.

 

They come from different cities, different schools, different grade levels, and even different countries.

 

But they all made the same decision: this July, go to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) and do something different.

Recruitment is still open – 4 roles available, one of which is sure to suit you:

• International Greeting Team – Guest reception and on‑site guidance for domestic and international attendees.
  Requirements: Fluency in English, strong communication skills, professional presence.

• International Guest Liaison Team – Assist with one‑on‑one international guest liaison, accompany, translate, and coordinate.
  Requirements: Foreign language major, cross‑cultural communication experience.

• Professional Translation Team – Provide on‑site translation support for conference sessions and facilitate bilingual communication.
  Requirements: Outstanding bilingual skills (Chinese/English), solid academic background.

• Conference Operations Team – Venue order management, material coordination, emergency response.
  Requirements: Detail‑oriented, responsible, strong execution, experience in event organization.

 

Who can apply: University students (bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD) majoring in pharmacy, biology, clinical medicine, public health, event planning, marketing, or related fields.
